I Think I Might Have A Virus, Now What?!?

Having a virus is one of the scariest things especially when you don’t know what to do about it! A lot of the time when you do have a virus it’s very obvious because your computer will start acting “odd”. By odd, I mean stuff will close down on you when you didn’t shut it down, or maybe your getting errors that something is missing, like an important .DLL file of some sort. In the case of getting a virus, a lot of people have no idea what to do, even if they do have a virus remover.

In some cases even when you have a virus remover - you can’t just remove it by running the software. Instead, you have to do some other technical things like run in safe mode or remove/delete/move files. Personally, I wouldn’t suggest moving or deleting anything unless you know what you are doing because you can make it worse!

So, what can you do if you have a virus and you can’t remove it? I would definitely suggest taking a look at some of the website services available online. There are people out there that can and will help you. You could look for something called “remote support” or remote access. This will allow them to log onto your computer using remote access points. When they are “connected” to your computer they can do all kinds of stuff - such as fixing your virus problem.

Other things they can help you with include backing up your files, getting rid of other problematic wares such as spyware and malware and even data recovery. The data recovery option is helpful for those of you that may have accidentally deleted something important such as a music file, photo or document. The option for the remote support is quite efficient and very low cost. Some of the extra options I mentioned start as low as $20!

This price wouldn’t be possible with any of those other guys, so why would you use them? This is very convenient as well. Once they log on to your computer, it takes just a few minutes to fix whatever problems you may be having! I did this a few months ago when I was having a problem with a virus I couldn’t remove.

I am usually really smart about technical stuff, but I really could not get this thing off of my computer no matter what I tried. So I gave one of these websites a shot, and they fixed me up in a matter of minutes. While the anti virus software you have may fail on you sometimes it’s very rare that these guys will. And if they do? You don’t pay. Simple as that!
